House Coffee

Our House, Finca La Sierra coffees, are of the Castillo (Arabica) varietal and have been processed using the washed method.  We grow and process enough quantities of Castillo beans each season to be sure we can reliably produce a consistent high quality specialty product year on year.  This coffee is versatile enough to have well-defined flavour profiles at each roast level - light, medium or dark.
