Healthy green coffee plants bursting with juicy fruits, shaded by untouched jungle. Natural springs and a lush bed of flora and fauna teeming with tropical wildlife. This is the terroir that makes our coffee so special. This is what we’re determined to protect.

The biodiversity of our land and the natural ecosystem of our farms are essential to the premium quality of our coffee, so we do everything we can to preserve the natural balance of our environment.

Even more importantly, a healthy climate guarantees economic stability and enables us to support the communities that depend on our farms. By featuring beans grown by our neighbours, we support their incomes and enable them to invest in sustainable growing and process practices. We also help them get their beans to market. In return, they help us guarantee you the variety you crave, all year round.

The Journey from Seed to Cup...

This is where it all starts. A single coffee bean (which is actually a seed!) is pushed into the earth to begin its life.

It’ll take anywhere between 2.5 and 6 months for the little plant to sprout, but we always maintain faith that our soils are working their magic.
